FAQs
How much does it cost and what does it include?
Our Styling Fee is $49.00/month which is waived if you buy one or more items that month. Style Alert includes unlimited personal styling of pre-owned designer items ranging across clothing, shoes, handbags + accessories.
How often do I get styled?
It’s really up to you. Your stylist will be available Monday through Friday and proactively suggest items. Also, you can make specific requests any time.
What if the fit is wrong or I change my mind?
You have up to 30 days to return any item you order and receive a full refund in shopping credit which you can use for any other item, no questions asked.
